If a problem occurs during the recruitment process and the results screen does not appear, please follow the steps below to check.
- Have the Shine Stone or the recruitment envelope been consumed?
If they have been consumed, the recruitment results are reflected in the database. - Sort the “Employees” screen by setting the sort condition to “In order of availability”.
If the Shine Stones or recruitment envelopes have been consumed but no characters have been added, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could contact our support desk.
Please include the following information to facilitate the confirmation process and reduce your waiting time.
- SMP account
- Player ID (see the lower left corner of the title screen)
- The platform and device you are using at the time of the “recruitment”.
- Which “Recruitment” was executed.
- Date and time of the “Recruitment
- Details of the incident
