Items purchased on the iOS version may be reflected in the app with a delay due to the timing of data transmission from the store.
First of all, please make sure that you have received an email from the App Store confirming that your purchase has been completed.
If you have received an email confirming the completion of your purchase, and the items you purchased have not been credited to your account after a maximum of 24 hours, please try restarting the app.
If the items are still not reflected after restarting the app, please contact our support team with the necessary information and we will investigate.
